Kapamilya young actress Loisa Andalio instantly gained the public’s attention since the first time she appeared in the small screen via Pinoy Big Brother All-In. Her charm, beauty, and geniality made her stand out in a big group of housemates from all categories.
She later on proved that there was more to her than her eye-catching physical attributes. Loisa can sing and she has a top-charting single as evidence; while her dancing skills are often flaunted in Kapamilya variety programs. Her acting chops? Well, Loisa has it currently displayed in the series The General’s Daughter which has been garnering massive amount of support, especially online praises, these past days.
In The General’s Daughter, Loisa takes on the role of Claire del Fierro, a trooper’s younger sister who would eventually fall in love with Ivan, played by real-life beau, Ronnie Alonte.
Certainly, Loisa’s romantic on-screen moments with Ronnie will have a special place in her heart. But, her most favorite of all is a ‘kilig’ scene turned blooper.
In the said sequence, Loisa was supposed to literally break the ice by slamming it off the wall and apply it on Ronnie’s bruises. The pieces of ice splattered all over Loisa’s face but showing off her professionalism, Loisa still continued in her acting. Yet, everyone around her did not contain their laughter, resulting to a re-take.
Meanwhile, Loisa shared that she and Angel Locsin, who takes on the titular role in the hit teleserye, are like sisters in real life. “Mas marami kaming mga eksena off-cam”, Loisa said.
This sisterhood was quite reflected in Loisa’s favorite scene with Angel where the latter’s character enlightened her mind with practical pieces of advice about friendship and love. Loisa’s heart almost jumped out of place that moment as she experienced how surreal it felt to be exchanging long dialogues with the highly-acclaimed actress. Nevertheless, Loisa pulled it off.
Loisa invited everyone to keep supporting the top-trending series The General’s Daughter and watch out if Claire and Ivan’s budding romance will bloom or eventually die.
