She has learned a lot and continues to learn to love herself. One step she made to better her life is reuniting with her father. Janella recounted the moment she wanted to see her father, Juan Miguel Salvador, “I just needed him so bad cause I was going through a lot of things”. She owed this reunion to God because now they can more freely communicate. “It’s so great, Tito Boy. After, what 18 years or 19 years, cause growing up I didn’t have that chance,” she stated.
She is also thankful towards her mother, Jenine Desiderio, for always being truthful. Their family has gone through controversies, yet she never held a grudge against her parents. “I know for a fact that she gave everything to be able to raise me well,” Janella praised.
As much as she loves her mother and father, she has chosen to live on her own. “As you all know, we are going through some rough times,” Janella tried to explain. She did not go into detail, but she did reassure fans that she is in speaking terms with her mother. There are just certain matters that they do not agree on which is normal in any relationship.
