The singing competition that launched in January 2016, Tawag ng Tanghalan sa It’s Showtime has paved way for the rise of ordinary people who once just dreamt of singing and sharing their talents on national television.
After its celebrity edition that ended last November 9, It's Showtime is now giving a second chance to those who failed to win the competition through their TNT All-Star Grand Resbak.
Marlo Mortel Monday, November 11, came back to compete again from being one of the Celebrity Champions' contenders.
For the first round, he gave his own rendition of "Larawang Kupas" and garnered 90 percent.
According to Hurado Karylle, he gave a "fresh" start for the competition.
For the second round, he sang "Dancing on My Own" which scored 88.4 percent.
Marlo is from Team Alab and the song he did not pick to perform is "There You'll Be."
