Kyle Echarri’s evolution

Let’s take a look back on his promising showbiz journey from being a reality singing competition contestant to becoming one of the hottest young artists of his generation through this episode of Push Evolution.

As we all know, his ticket to the industry was his remarkable participation in the second season of The Voice Kids Philippineswherein he immediately captured the hearts of the coaches with his rendition of One Direction’s “Night Changes” during the blind auditions. He competed as part of Team Sarah but fell short in his bid to the Grand Winner title after getting eliminated in the live shows.

He may have failed to make it to the top, but he was later on cast in the 2015 top-rating teleserye On The Wings of Love as Brent Wyatt, the half-brother of Nadine Lustre’s character Leah Olivar.

The following year, he was tapped to take part in the celebrity musical competition We Love OPM: The Celebrity Sing-offs, comprising the boy group “Voice Next Door” alongside fellow teen stars Bailey May and Juan Karlos Labajo.

Kyle also landed supporting roles in the long-running drama anthology Maalaala Mo Kaya through the “Cellphone” episode in 2017 and “Hapagkainan” episode in 2018.

He then went on to show his dramatic flair through his portrayal of the dashing and dutiful young man Kristoff Tejada in the highly successful afternoon soap opera Kadenang Ginto.

Along with his stint in the said teleserye, he’s also a regular performer in ASAP, usually as part of the teen pop group “ASAP G!”, alongside Isabela Vinzon, Jayda Avanzado, Ylona Garcia, Jeremy Glinoga, and Darren Espanto.

The 17-year-old artist eventually became part of another -- The Gold Squad -- which he comprised alongside his Huwag Kang Mangamba co-stars Francine Diaz, Andrea Brillantes, and Seth Fedelin. They're able to continue delighting their avid fans through the contents they create that are regularly uploaded on Squad Plus YouTube Channel.
