Kapamilya React: Gerald Anderson reminisces remarkable teleserye roles through the years

From being that well-loved housemate of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 1, Gerald Anderson has undeniably grown to become one of the most sought-after and versatile leading men of his generation. He has starred in a string of teleseryes through the years, with the upcoming digital series “Hello, Heart” as his latest project.

But before we get to see him take on a new character, we had him look back on some of his remarkable teleserye roles and share some trivia about each in this episode of Kapamilya React.

First off was Tayong Dalawa, which he topbilled alongside Coco Martin and Jake Cuenca in 2009. It was memorable for him since it was when he started to get noticed because of his promising dramatic flair and to take acting more seriously, not to mention that he was surrounded by top-caliber actors, too. If there’s one piece of advice that he learned from his veteran co-actors, he said that it’s to always give your best because if you love the craft, it will definitely love you back.

Second was the ever-popular 2011 teleserye Budoy, in which Gerald portrayed the mentally-challenged titular character.
