Elisse didn’t rise to stardom overnight. She started her trek by joining acting workshops when she was a little girl and after years of training as she pursued her studies, talent managers saw her potential and molded her further, and eventually she became part of Star Magic at the age of 16.

Elisse first appeared on TV on Wansapanataym and Maalaala Mo Kaya, before playing the role of Cheska in the phenomenal daytime drama series Be Careful with My Heart that aired from 2012 to 2014. While she appeared on the said series, Elisse also played a guest role in 2013’s drama series titled Kahit Konting Pagtingin that is topbilled by Angeline Quinto, Sam Milby and Paulo Avelino.

In 2014 to 2015, Elisse began doing bratty, rich girl roles. She was cast as Sofia Andres’ straightforward friend in the romantic drama series in the first Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil-starrer Forevermore. After that, she played antagonist in the 2014 melodrama series Sana Bukas Pa Ang Kahapon as Erica, and in Wansapanataym  Presents Fat Patty as Brenda. More than being a spoiled brat girl, she portrayed the flirty Alexis Madrigal in the family drama You’re My Home that aired from 2015 to 2016.

When 2016 came, Elisse had her breakthrough by appearing as the broken-hearted girl on a Philippine TV commercial for a well-known fast food chain. Elisse then captivated everyone when she became one of the celebrity housemates in Pinoy Big Brother Lucky Season 7 that same year. This is where her love team with It’s Showtime Hashtag McCoy De Leon was formed and shortly after were eliminated on the said reality show, they both appeared on the top-rating action drama series titled FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. Elisse’s character named Lorraine "Lorie" Pedrosa appeared on the said show from 2016 to 2017.

Still paired with McCoy, Elisse portrayed a smart and talented, cosplaying teenage girl named Sabina De Guzman in the family drama series titled The Good Son that aired in 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Elisse started to explore more on her own and opened herself to challenging roles to show us how strikingly she can improve as an actress. She starred as the “bida-kontrabida” named Stella Ortiz in Wansapanataym Presents Ofishially Yours.

Then, she took the role of a beautiful young woman who is a literacy advocate named Aliana Flores in the Ipaglaban Mo episode “Ganti”.

Far from the roles she previously played, Elisse astounded us for effectively portraying the professional street skateboarder and 2018 Asian Games gold medalist Margielyn Didal in the MMK episode “Skateboard.” After that, she brilliantly portrayed Roxanne Constantino / Christina Mapendo in the primetime series titled Ngayon at Kailanman that aired in 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, Elisse teamed up with Kit Thompson in MMK episode “Painting” where she played as the beautiful chubby woman named Ancel.

Elisse peppered drama with charm when she played Grace, the quirky best friend and other leading lady in the afternoon soap Sandugo. She starred alongside Aljur Abrenica, Ejay Falcon, and an ensemble of seasoned actors and actresses in the 2019 series.

Proving more of her leading lady credibility, Elisse delivered a compelling performance when paired with Richard Gutierrez in MMK “Hot Choco.” She’s Shareena, a hopeless romantic barista who got an intense crush on her boss, Tito, played by Richard.

In that same year, Elisse was back on the big screen via romantic drama “Sakaling Maging Tayo” with McCoy. The film came with the sad news about the couple’s breakup.

Then, Elisse topbilled the hugot-filled digital series “Ampalaya Chronicles” with Khalil Ramos in 2020.

In what seems like life imitating art, Elisse and McCoy rekindled their romance for real. From grieving, McLisse lovers rejoiced, and all the more celebrated when, this year, the couple announced that they’re new parents to the adorable baby Felize McKenzie, who just turned 7 months old. The big announcement happened also in the same place where the McLisse love blossomed – inside the PBB house. McCoy and Elisse shared the happy news to Kuya in his confession room in an episode aired on October 31, 2021.

A parade of social media photos paint how happy and fulfilled Elisse is with her new life as a mother. At the same time, she’s getting ready for her acting comeback.
