While being an amazing and versatile actress, Kathryn Bernardo still encounters difficulties from time to time when filming her projects, and her latest movie “A Very Good Girl” was no exception.
Kathryn admitted during the movie’s media conference on Wednesday, August 23, that she found it quite hard portraying her character Philo.
“This project, mahirap s’ya. I really needed someone to hold on to,” Kathryn confessed. “I have P (Petersen Vargas) and Ms. D (Dolly de Leon), Ate Carms (Carmi Raymundo), Sir Leo (Garcia), and everybody, kasi sabi ko kailangan ko lahat ng makakapitan dito sa project na 'to.”
According to Kathryn, there were times when she felt unsure whether she was doing things right, but it helped that Dolly gave her assurance every single time.
Tama ‘yung ginagawa [ko],” she recalled.
Kathryn also credited the whole “A Very Good Girl” team for being the “best support system.”
I just look at them and say, ‘Okay ba?’ Tapos sasabihin ko, ‘P, okay ba ‘yun?’ 'Pag sila, ‘Okay, okay,’ and then I'm okay. Kailangan ko lang minsan ng extra assurance,” she pointed out.
