Hit romantic movie "An Inconvenient Love" just added another feather to its cap with its nomination at the 2023 ContentAsia Awards!
The Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano-starrer is one of five nominees in the Asian Feature Film/Telemovie category and will be competing with "Lebai Sampan" and "Sekolah Sampah" from Malaysia and "Silent Walls - 2023 Telemovie" and "Silent Walls - 1938 Telemovie" from Singapore.
Winners will be announced at the ContentAsia Awards ceremony to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on August 24. Congratulations, team #AnIncovenientLove! 🧡💜💚
Directed by Petersen Vargas, the movie follows the story of Ayef (Belle), a convenience store staff who dreams of becoming an international animator, and Manny (Donny), a boutique plant shop owner by day and secret social activist by night.
Both believing that love is just another one of life’s many inconveniences, they agree to a contractual kind of love — with an expiration date! As that dreaded expiration date nears, they deal with the dilemma of whether to end their contractual relationship or to face love by ending their inconvenient beliefs.
