One of the many things we learned from the ambitious and headstrong Bobbie Salazar in “Four Sisters and a Wedding” is that middle child syndrome is real!
Being the second of five children, Bobbie (Bea Alonzo) has always put the onus on herself to not be a burden to her family and not rely on them so much for support. And while this kind of attitude is what brought her success as a corporate communications manager in New York, it also had repercussions in her relationship with Teddie (Toni Gonzaga), Alex (Angel Locsin), Gabbie (Shaina Magdayao), and CJ (Enchong Dee).
In the end, after going back home to the Philippines and airing her grievances, Bobbie finally reconciled her innate independence and the need for connection.
