In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Coleen talked about her fitness: “I try to work out every day whenever I can. Each day is a different workout. There are days when I do purely legs, there are days when I do purely abs, purely arms. But on the days that I don’t get to work out much, I try to squeeze everything in one day.”
About her diet, Coleen said: “So it’s just better to limit yourself. It really helps to know the times when you’re supposed to eat. It’s good to have small, frequent meals every three hours, that’s what my trainer told me. You have to be eating something light every three hours just so your tummy doesn’t get too hungry.”
Looking through her Instagram account, Coleen also posts her work out experience frequently. She does yoga, boxing, muay thai, and other different fitness programs. She says she loves mixing different kinds of fitness routines to target the different muscles in her body. With that said, Coleen has also been a fitness inspiration for a lot of people. Her posts on her social media accounts encourages many to be physically fit just like her.
“It's challenging, but I'm enjoying this lifestyle. No pain, no gain,” Coleen says on her caption in one of her work out posts.
