Since she started in show business 13 years ago, we witnessed how Erich Gonzales bloomed from being a guileless babe to a scene-stealer bombshell, which is not only showcased in her media appearances, but in her untainted attendance in the Star Magic Ball.
She’s already been a household name and one of the most in-demand teen stars by the time the annual star-studded gathering was launched in 2007, thus, many were looking forward to see her get dolled up. And the 18-year-old stunner then didn’t fail to charm us with her dainty look in an immaculately white ruffled number and let her smooth, long hair loose.
Sporting a white mermaid gown and wavy locks, her appearance that year gave us major prom feels as she paraded the red carpet with her Ligaw na Bulaklak loveteam partner Matteo Guidicelli.
It seemed that a goddess fell down from the heavens as she graced the event in a Martin Bautista creation – a white and black Grecian ensemble with vivid draping, accentuated with gold-studded black belt. Although her sideswept curls added youthful vibe to her look, her red lips turned her a tad fiercer.
Erich got edgier in 2010 as she rocked the red carpet in a black multi-layered, ruffled ball gown created by Nat Manilag, and got her hair neatly pulled up, exposing her exquisite shoulders and collarbones.
Abiding by that year’s motif, she appeared on the event like a real princess wearing a beaded red ball gown from Ezra Santos and complemented by light makeup and her tress neatly tied up.
Dressed in the glittery, lacy number intricately sewn by Francis Libiran, she wowed everyone with her fresh yet daring look in the fifth staging of Star Magic Ball.
Shining, shimmering, and splendid might be cliché, but these are the adjectives that first come to our minds every time we lay our eyes on this photo of her showcasing her fully-beaded off-shoulder white ensemble that featured a low back and sweeping train.
Arguably, jaws dropped and all eyes were glued on her when the versatile actress walked down the red carpet in her lovely silver peekaboo gown by Leo Almodal, complemented by her hair and makeup reminiscent of Old Hollywood glamour, which was the theme that year.
From her sexy outfit a year before, we saw a totally different Erich who looked very much formal in the simple nude dress crafted by Francis Libiran. In an interview with PUSH days before the ball, she imparted that it was her personal request to make it not revealing.
Her elegant and timeless look made her appear like she was straight out of a fairytale as her off-shoulder white ball gown unbelievably turned her into a real princess that night.
Last year, she once again stunned us when she sizzled in the embellished and feathery beige halter gown designed by Jun Escario, which she paired with a clutch of the same color and dangling diamond earrings.
