Spotlight On Liza Soberano Part 3

It wasn’t about the fame or anything, according to her. Liza just remembers that she came to a point whenshe just really wanted to start acting and to get better at acting. Along with that, Liza’s supporters also played a key role in making her more confident and in making her love the craft even more. Soon as she realized that she wanted to become a legitimate actress, Liza started focusing on improving her craft. It was this time when she began doing workshops in and outside of ABS-CBN. On her down time she also started watching old Filipino movies to observe the acting approach of the veteran stars. But when did she realize that she has “arrived” or has been noticed by the public? Liza says it was during “Forevermore” when people started identifying her by her name and not just as “Enrique’s TV leading lady.” @lizasoberano #SpotlightOnLiza

Liza is well aware that some people are criticizing her for her sometimes-blank face whenever she takes on the “ASAP” stage or her seeming nonchalance whenever she sees people. Apparently, according to the people close to her and to Liza herself, she is extremely shy. Even up into this day she still feels shy whenever she has to approach people or perform in front of a crowd. However, instead of letting the critics steal her confidence and joy, Liza eventually learned to brush them aside. Apart from being shy, her manager, Tito Ogie, also revealed that she has the tendency to think of what others are going to say about her. This habit of hers, Tito Ogie says, tends to eat dampen her spirits. @lizasoberano #SpotlightOnLiza
