The best things in life are not the whens and wheres. It is the people you make these memories with. Their trio for sure understands this after all the ups and downs they have had these past months. Just take a look at their best moments together!
When Tads (Ylona Garcia) and Patrick (Markus Paterson) found out about Cocoy’s (Henz Villaraiz) family problems, they never strayed from his side. Instead, they even grew closer. After Cocoy got kicked out of their school, Patrick opened up his home and Tads made sure that he would get tutored for the mean time to help him keep up with lessons. “Hindi lang basta kaibigan. Pamilya mo kami.” Soon, Cocoy was able to stand on his own with a job and place to sleep at. But his two best friends kept their promise of bringing the school to him while he can’t attend classes.
They also have each other’s backs against bullies. Cocoy thought of the best way to take revenge against Emily (Anna Vicente) when a cockroach turned up in Tad’s food. Although, he later realized that it does not help to stoop down to Emily’s level. Cocoy’s return to school sparked gossips and caused his old group of friends to make fun of his current situation. But he had the best response to all their mockery, “Itong dalawang ‘to sumalo sa akin. Naniwala sila sa strengths ko. So, yeah, I need them by my side.”
High school is probably the most dramatic time in anyone’s life, as if our personal lives are not stressful enough. But seeing TaPaCo nail it is giving us hope that you really can survive anything as long as you surround yourself with people who can be positive change for you. “Studies, friendship, pamilya—‘yun na lang ang focus natin.”
