Lisa has shown her passion and love for rebuilding the name of Laurea, although her efforts has also made her a no-nonsense business woman with a seemingly cold heart. And while ‘Boss Maam’ sounds overly formal, whenever Leo (Robin Padilla) uses it, the nickname seems to take on a sweeter tone.

Leo started calling Lisa ‘Boss Maam’ after he found out that she’s the boss of the company where he serves as a window cleaner. In a few occasions, she was also called the ‘dragon lady’ for her fierce attitude, especially after the mishap of when Lisa accused Leo and his companions for stealing important files from her company.
