On the September 2 episode of PBB 737, Big Brother asked Jyo if he still wants to stay inside the PBB house. “Kuya, mahirap ‘yan.
In a conversation with PBB’s resident psychologist Dr. Randy Dellosa, he said that it is important for Jyo to have a sense of purpose which is to make people laugh. “Kaya lang dahil may mga comedians sa loob ng bahay like si Roger parang nawala ‘yung purpose niyang ganoon,” he said.
Meanwhile, Jyo also admitted that he did things inside the house that he was only forced to do. In line with this, the doctor said, “Sanay si Jyo na ginagawa lang ‘yung gusto niya eh dahil may mga tasks sa loob ng bahay just force to do what he needs to do takes out the enjoyment of staying there.”
Big Brother then asked Jyo if he wants to be a housemate until the end to which he replied, “Hanggang dulo? Hirap ng tanong, Kuya, level 100.” He then suggested flipping a coin and admitted that he also did that before auditioning for Pinoy Big Brother. He said that he did it so he won’t have to think about it anymore, “Para mas madaling makapagdesisyon, nagflip ako ng coin, Kuya.”
Interpreting this ‘flipping of coin’ action of Jyo, Dr. Dellosa said, “You know I think that’s part of ‘yung pag-uugali niya which comes from the ADHD or ‘yung Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Jyo told Big Brother that he started flipping coins in making small decisions such as what to eat in a restaurant, “Nag-umpisa ako sa mga small decisions, Kuya.
Although Big Brother did not believe in flipping coins to make decisions, he allowed Jyo to do it. Jyo said that if the coin showed its head after flipping, he will voluntarily exit but if it showed its tail, he will stay.
He then flipped the coin and as a result, showed its head which means that he will voluntarily exit.
When Big Brother asked Jyo about what he feels about the result, Jyo said that he is partly happy and partly sad; happy because he won’t have to think about it anymore and sad because he knows viewers will not agree with how he made his decision.
Big Brother asked him if he will entrust his future in the coin and voluntarily exit and Jyo answered yes.
