Through the years, Pinoy Big Brother has changed a lot of lives, especially to its housemates who entered the house in pursuit of giving a brighter future to their families and finding their genuine selves. Some were able to pursue a career in show business after their stint, while others treaded on different paths and live a normal life.
However, eight former female housemates tried their fate in beauty pageants with some being hailed as the reigning queens!

Even prior to her stint in PBB Unlimited in 2011, the “Stunning Sweetheart ng Olongapo” has been a bikini pageant contestant. Thus, it’s not surprising if she was crowned as the 2017 Miss Philippines Earth – Air.
From being an esteemed volleyball player and PBB All In housemate in 2014, the “Spunky Spiker of Quezon City” adds another feather on her hat as she won the Binibining Pilipinas - Globe crown in 2018. She is also one of the candidates of Miss Universe Philippines 2020.
It isn’t only in PBB All In that Michele and the edition’s “Lady Mahinhin” would vie for the most coveted crown, but in the forthcoming Bb. Pilipinas 2018 as well. Unlike her fellow housemate-turned-contender, this is Vicky’s third try on beauty pageant after dominating Lin-ay sang Negros in 2009 and Mutya ng Pilipinas in 2011.
She might had fallen short during her PBB stint after she was the last one to get evicted before the Lucky 7 teens were formed, but the “Sporty Spice of Laguna” became the Big Winner in the Miss Nation Queen Philippines as she racked up not only the title, but the other special awards as well.
Before joining PBB 737 in 2015, the Filipino-American housemate already tried her luck in Miss Philippines USA (2012) and Binibining Pilipinas (2013). Although she wasn’t able to finish the competition because of needing to voluntarily exit, she later on became a member of It’s Showtime all-girl group GirlTrends. She also bagged the Miss Philippines-Water crown last year.
Aside from being an actress, it’s her beautiful personality that made the PBB enthusiasts love her so much in the second celebrity edition of the franchise. From winning the Miss World Philippines in 2013, she made us proud when she took home the Miss World crown on that same year.
Her beauty and wit surely won a lot of hearts during Teen Edition Plus, not to mention that she used to be a loveteam partner of Ejay Falcon. These also became her ticket to be hailed as Miss World Philippines in 2014 and represented the country in the Miss World competition held in London.
After being proclaimed as the Second Big Placer of the second celebrity edition, Riza had a promising portrayals in film and TV both in the Philippines and Canada. She later on joined and dominated Miss World Canada 2011 and Miss Universe Canada 2013.
