While many of us tend to laze around our homes or set aside working out from our daily routines especially now that we’re in quarantine, she has apparently kept herself busy in the past months not only through bonding with her family and reading her favorite books, but by improving her physique as well.
Attesting to that is the 25-year-old actress’ IG post, wherein she shared a set of her selfies that she took after some of her workout routines. Fitness gyms may be closed and going outside has been highly discouraged, but those restrictions didn’t stop her from staying fit by doing physical exercises at home. And the result? Her killer abs and finely-toned body that got everyone so amazed.
“Ever since the lockdown began, I swore to myself that I will work out at least 3x a week to keep my body healthy (and to offset all those junk I eat) especially at a time like this. Thanks to online and zoom workout classes, I actually ended up working out almost every day! You just need to find out the right fitness routine for you, and i swear, you’ll enjoy the process along the way,” she wrote in the caption.
Aside from that, she also gave a tip on how to also achieve it by saying, “Start with 15 mins per day first and adjust it from there based on what your body can handle! There are lots of free ab/full-body workout routines that you can check on YouTube for reference.
