Nadia-Moises Pamilya Sagrado Toplist

The life of Moises Malonzo (Kyle Echarri) is anything but easy—it's not for the faint of heart. Yet, a mother’s love can make all the difference in helping him power through. Fortunately, he has found an ally in Nadia (Rosanna Roces), who protects him as if he were her own.

Warm your hearts with these scenes of Nadia showing what it truly means to love as she becomes a mother figure to Moises in “Pamilya Sagrado.”

They may not share the same blood, but they are bound by a common purpose. From the very beginning, something connected them—the whispers of their conscience calling them to fight for justice. They crossed paths due to the shocking and mysterious death of Nadia’s son, Roland (JC Alcantara), who was once a tenant in the dormitory where Moises now stays. In the first scene of the Kapamilya Toplist video, Moises returns Roland’s belongings to Nadia, leading to a brief conversation in which Nadia shares her doubts about the suspect allegedly involved in Roland’s death and the accusations that Roland was involved in drugs.

A mother recognizes a kind soul when she encounters one. That’s exactly what Nadia saw in Moises, and her admiration grew even more when he bravely helped investigate Roland's mysterious case. Slowly, they started to feel like family. In one scene, Nadia and her eldest daughter, Melanie (Iana Bernardez), visited Moises at his dorm and brought him food. Their meeting with Moises’ sister, Grace (Shaina Magdayao), who also came to check on him, was also filled with warmth and genuine connection.

Moises became Nadia’s strength during the times when they were being pressured by powerful people trying to cover up the truth about Roland’s death. It was no longer just about seeking justice for Roland; it became a fight for Moises, too, who was being targeted and harassed by their enemies.

In turn, Nadia breathed courage into Moises, as seen in a sequence where they talked over the phone and she asked about the condition of his father, Estong (Joel Torre), who had been rushed to the hospital. Nadia offered words of encouragement and financial support, no matter how small. But for Moises, Nadia's prayers alone were more than enough help.

Even though the Sagrado family tries to stop them from pursuing their fight, Nadia and Moises refuse to give up because they have each other as their backbone. As they continue their investigation, Nadia slowly begins to see the true colors of the Sagrado family, especially the ex-governor, now president, Rafael (Piolo Pascual), who showered them with sweet promises and offered help to Nadia’s family. However, Nadia became suspicious when she discovered that the only person who could reveal the truth to them, Percy (Harvey Bautista), remained silent because his father has worked for Rafael.

In every conversation, Nadia reminds Moises to always be careful, knowing that the enemies they’re up against are not to be taken lightly. No one believed Moises when he said Roland was innocent and that justice would  prevail—no one but Nadia.

It was impossible not to empathize with them in a scene where Nadia shared with Moises the last letter Roland gave her, with a flower pressed inside because Roland knew how much his mother loved flowers. In that moment, Moises once again showed Nadia the same love and tenderness that Roland used to. With a warm smile, he encouraged Nadia, and before he left, he softly said, “I love you, Nay.”

Moises was the first person Nadia sought out and embraced when it became clear that Roland's death might have been intentional, based on the evidence uncovered by Atty. Corrales (Rafa Siguion-Reyna).

A mother’s heart fills with fear when she senses danger around her child, and that’s exactly what Nadia felt when Moises insisted on continuing to help bring the Sagrado family to justice. At that point, it was becoming more evident that they were capable of murder, and the possibility that a member of the Sagrado clan was behind Roland’s death grew stronger.

When the entire world turns its back on you, a mother who truly loves will always stay by your side. Nadia took Moises in when he was hiding, hunted by the Sagrados. Her face showed deep concern when Moises was consumed by fever due to a gunshot wound he sustained while escaping from Sagrado’s men.

To Moises, Nadia is the mother he has always longed for—someone who stands by him through thick and thin, ready to fight alongside him with unwavering strength and unconditional love.
