Get ready to take that "RIDE ROCKET WILD" with the 23rd Anniversary Edition of The Pin-Up Girls’ seminal 2001 full-length debut release Hello Pain at Treskul Records, Ali Mall, QC under Eikon Records.

This indie rock classic from the 1990s has been updated in a gorgeous pin-up double LP format with black streaks on transparent vinyl. And since this is an anniversary edition, there are three new bonus tracks from those lovable pin-ups Mondo Castro, Pam Aquino (also of influential 90s riot grrl act Keltscross), Ryan Nahcura, and Jeng Tan (also of Keltscross and also a semi-frequent collaborator with the Eraserheads)!

The album is widely-regarded in the Pinoy alternative scene as both an influential and underrated gem by critics both in our shores and abroad. The honest lyricsm and it's straighforward no frills indie -pop musical aesthetic is a study on subtlety and simplicity. Most recognizable songs would be "Ride Rocket Wild" (hands down their most radio-played song) and "Down" (which had a star-studded music video directed by Quark Henares starring sexy actress Angela Velez, multi-awarded actresses Angel Aquino and Mylene Dizon, former TGIS star Mariel Deeney, and former MTV VJ and model Clara Balaguer cosplaying as a wild band performing the song. The three new songs "Ashes", "Days Rush On" and "Fire" are a more subdued, stripped down affair that are still more-than-welcome must-listens for their die-hards.
