Rebecca (Iza Calzado) finally revealed to Eva (Julia Barretto) the truth behind her identity – that she is her daughter and the rightful heir to the Cortes family wealth – in last Friday’s (November 30) episode of “Ngayon at Kailanman.”
After listening to Eva recount her memories of her the people she grew up to know as her parents, Rebecca finally revealed the truth to the young woman’s history. The mother and daughter had an emotional reconnection, which was cut short by the announcement of Roxanne’s arrival. However, the two did manage to hatch a plan to escape the Corteses once and for all. Unfortunately, the plan involves cutting ties with Inno (Joshua Garcia).
The episode resonated with a lot of online fans, who were saddened by the separation of Eva and Inno.
Iyakan 'to! Exciting! @iamjoshuagarcia #NAKBigReveal”
Meanwhile, @loveunayko said in a tweet, “’Iniiwasan mo ba ako’ Omg! Dama ko yong sakit Inno LLL @iamjoshuagarcia @BarrettoJulia #NAKBigReveal”
On the other hand, @Kermit5010 was all praises for Julia’s acting and tweeted, “Si @BarrettoJulia is a real dramatic actress im happy people seeing her versatility now and appreciate [email protected] has this charisma of juday and jlc combined.. no wonder he is effective in every role he potrays. #NAKBigReveal”
However, despite the dangers she is facing Eva was not able to hold back her feelings and told Inno that she loved him. How will their relationship survive the secret surrounding Eva’s identity?
