Katrina (Cristine Reyes) will do anything to give her daughters Amber (Krystal Mejes) and Britney (Heart Ramos) a better future. Unwittingly, however, she has hurt them even more. Due to utter desperation, she always chose the wrong path to fulfill it, as we can see in this Kapamilya Toplist.
It’s evident with the way she treated Mikmik (Sophia Reola), the legitimate heiress of the Salvador and Villaluna family fortune. Aside from physically hurting Mikmik whenever she has the chance and concealing proof of the girl’s right to inherit both families’ wealth, which is the marriage certificate of the poor girl’s grandparents, Katrina would even order henchmen to kidnap the kid. In so doing so, they unknowingly kidnapped her daughter Amber too.
When her plans failed, Katrina would try to fool Mikmik’s father Michael (RK Bagatsing) and make him believe that he is Amber’s father. To do this, Katrina concocted a housebreaking incident that forced Michael to allow them to stay in his house so that he would get closer to Amber.
Apart from that, Katrina also switched Amber’s hair with Mikmik’s in a DNA test to prove she is Michael’s daughter. And, while she tried all those desperate measures to give her daughters a better life, Katrina ended up breaking the hearts and losing the respect of her daughters when they discovered the truth.
Finally, the most heinous thing Katrina did just to secure her and her daughters’ future was killing Eric (Rafa Siguion-Reyna), the father of her children. Eric was about to file an annulment of their marriage at that time and reveal the truth to Mikmik’s mother Ella (Kaye Abad) that she is the righteous heiress of the Salvadors’ riches. To keep this from spilling out, Katrina also tried to murder Divina (Pilar Pilapil) many times through poisoning.
Now that all of her evil plans have backfired and all her crimes were revealed, what fate will await Katrina?
