After all the pain and sufferings Mikmik (Sophia Reola) experienced with the Salvadors and the Villalunas, she finally achieved long-lasting happiness.

Getting shot by Katrina (Cristine Reyes), Mikmik was hospitalized and almost died. Due to the severity of what happened to her, she had the chance to reunite with her mother Ella (Kaye Abad) for quite some time in her near-death experience. However, it was not the right time for her to pass on. Thus, Ella helped her daughter realize how people around her love her greatly and explained to Mikmik the gift of being able to live on earth with love, despite having to face challenges and uncertainties.

As Mikmik finally woke up, her family and friends cried with overflowing joy in their hearts. Mikmik’s adoptive brother Joseph (Miguel Vergara), who happened to be the only person in the room when she awoke, immediately told Mikmik that her Ruth (Matet De Leon) already gave birth to a healthy baby girl they named as Ella. He rushed to tell Mikmik’s father Michael (RK Bagatsing) and when he arrived at the room together with Mikmik’s Tita Grace (Shaina Magdayao), they cried with happiness and gratitude of having Mikmik back with them.

Now that Divina (Pilar Pilapil) has reconciled with the Villalunas, she gave back what is rightfully theirs- the Villaluna Steel Company. David (Dante Rivero) and his sons Michael and James (Enzo Pineda) thanked her. During the turnover ceremony, David also took the opportunity to express how much he loved his sons and how proud he is of what they have become, especially towards James who he treated unfairly in the past.

Captured by the authorities, Katrina paid the price for her crimes. Her daughters Amber (Krystal Mejes) and Britney (Heart Ramos) were accompanied by Lola Ester (Ces Quesada) when they visited her in jail. Amber and Britney forgave their mom and told her how they unconditionally love her despite everything she did. Humbled by their love, Katrina reminded them not to follow her example so that they could live freely and happily.

Finally, Mikmik celebrated her birthday together with the people close to her heart. Like how she always does, Mikmik knew they planned a surprise party for her. They all celebrated Mikmik’s birthday at a field full of flowers. When Mikmik opened her eyes after making a wish and blew the candle on her birthday cake, she saw an apparition of her mother Ella, smiling with gladness over them. There, Mikmik smiled too with pure bliss.
