Pipoy represents the community (Mapag-asa, Tondo). He is the sane character in the show. It seems like he's insane, but his decisions are sane and understandable, but not exactly morally right. Born and raised in Tondo together with his twin brother, Popoy.
Si Pipoy din ang all-around pogi repairman ng Mapag-asa. Electrician, tubero, taga-tapal ng butas sa bubong, sa pader, etc. Basta may problema, Pipoy is the name to be called.
