As the popular gameshow is back, let’s take a trip down memory lane to see who among the biggest and hottest stars of the Kapamilya network courageously accepted the exciting games of the popular show.
Fans of the Dance Princess Maja Salvador were surely on the edge of their seats as she almost failed to make it to the initial round. Thankfully, her Bridges of Love leading man Jericho Rosales was there to cheer for her, which gave her more motivation to keep on going despite the difficulty of the challenge. They, together with contenders Richard Yap, Eric Nicolas, and Coleen Garcia, moved on to the next level.
Competing for a cause, It’s Showtime host Anne Curtis’ efforts weren’t enough to bring her to the next stage after she continuously missed dropping a candy into a bottle of soda.
Even though their team did not succeed, Gerald Anderson was still able to receive a consolation prize from his lovely babe and How To Be Yours leading lady Bea Alonzo – a short yet sweet smooch on the cheek!
While most of the participants usually went jumping for joy after accomplishing a task, we couldn’t help ourselves but poke fun to Kim Chiu getting emotional after she struggled for a week in pursuit of moving on to the ultimate head-to-head challenge.
On the other hand, Jodi Sta. Maria amazed us with how she calmly handled the pressure of finishing the one million-worth challenge, which truly stopped our hearts for 60 seconds. She is Minute To Win It’s third millionaire.
From their movie and teleserye appearances together, Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo made the butterflies in our stomachs aflutter with how they supported one another as they took on their separate challenges.
Before moving on to the next level, host Luis Manzano shook off the nervousness they felt by asking contestants Maricar Reyes-Poon, Beauty Gonzalez, Michael Pangilinan, and Agpangan Twins Joj and Jai what song reminds them of their experience on the program, to which they responded by giving a sample.
He did the same thing to MayWard, or the tandem of Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber, who he asked to do a live video skit for their song.
Meanwhile, despite panting and panicking, Ogie Alcasid was still able to accomplish the challenge and defeat his opponent that brought him to the final stage of the competition.
