Questioned about his sexual preference, Sputnik (Khalil Ramos) accepts his colleagues’ dare to bring a girl at his boss, Atty. Vergara (Menggie Cobarrubias)’s birthday party. He taps the most beautiful woman he knows, Billy (Liza Soberano), to act as his date. Billy dismisses the idea at first, stressing that Sputnik must not waste his time working for a boss who gauges an employee’s eligibility through petty things like manliness. But Sputnik insists that he needs to make a good impression in order to bag his target promotion. He starts to knock at her conscience by rubbing in all the favors he did for her. Due to debt of gratitude and for the sake of their friendship, Billy agrees to become Sputnik’s date.
At the office, hours before the event, Sputnik runs across Atty. Vergara. The latter commends Sputnik for his good works. Atty. Vergara adds that he is eyeing to promote Sputnik and hand him the Villarica Corporation, one of their biggest accounts. Sputnik is happy to learn the good news but his reaction is also laced with hints of reluctance. Nonetheless, he acts as if everything is well. Sputnik phones Billy and tells her that Gabo (Enrique Gil) is gracing the party. Billy still promises to come with her childhood friend, albeit scared of what might happen.
At Nueva Valencia, the Dimagiba family are all delighted to see Sputnik arrive in a dashing suit to fetch his date. Billy comes out of her room and proves how much of a head-turner she is. The Dimagibas open their mouths in astonishment as they all stare at Billy. Wearing a white dress and with her hair fixed in an elegant style, Billy stuns everyone especially Sputnik.
