It’s a case of love at first sight for Ramboy (Anthony Jennings) when the beautiful Tinapay Corner saleslady, Cesca (Daniela Stranner) captivates his heart in an instant. He’s always tried to hint at his feelings for her but Cesca remains elusive, not to mention that Tinapay Corner was once their family’s business competitor.
Now that the Dimagibas and the Villaricas unite for a business deal, Ramboy has more reasons to get his hopes up. Cesca now spends most of her time at Nueva Valencia to work with Germalyn (Maronne Cruz) in the mango jam production.
One night, Cesca’s plan to doze off is interrupted by a sudden phone call. To her surprise, the person on the other line is none other than Rhamboy who managed to get her number through Cassandra (Riva Quenery). Pissed off, Cesca asserts that Rhamboy doesn’t own the right to ask for her contact details without her knowledge.
Cesca’s aunt enters the scene. The strict woman demands to know who’s on the phone. Scared to get scolded, Cesca alibis that she is talking to her mother. Her aunt takes the phone and eagerly catches up with Cesca’s mom. Caught up by the situation, Rhamboy distorts his voice to sound like a female. The conversation turns hilarious as Cesca’s aunt acts completely convinced of Rhamboy’s mischief.
As soon as her aunt leaves the room, Cesca tells Rhamboy to stop pestering her and then drops the call without a warning. Ramboy is surprised to find out that Esmie (Marnie Lapuz) was secretly listening to him all the while.
