Billy (Liza Soberano)’s decision to set Gabo (Enrique Gil) up on a date in exchange of money almost ruins their blossoming relationship. The good thing is they both let empathy and understanding heal their hearts from disappointment, guilt and betrayal. They even become closer because of what happened.
After sharing a conversation by the beach, Billy and Gabo head home and kiss. The next day, Billy is evidently acting aloof towards the guy who is slowly winning her heart. An awkward moment transpires between them when they see each other for the first time since the intimate kiss.
Billy resists Gabo’s sweet gestures. She refuses to take the breakfast he prepared and walks ahead of him going to work. Gabo rushes to keep up with Billy’s pace and says he packed the meal for her.
The next day, Billy finds her clothes washed and hung outside. She worries thinking that it was Helen (Katya Santos) who did the laundry despite still recovering from her recent confinement in the hospital. But Helen denies doing the kind deed. To clear up Billy’s confusion, Gabo appears from the backyard and continues hanging her clothes, drawing teases from Helen.
Later, a guilt-stricken Billy contacts Antonia to back out from the deal, saying she struggles in making Gabo agree with the date. Yet, Antonia doesn’t give her the chance to withdraw. A frustrated Billy catches Gabo picking flowers and scolds him for yet another romantic gesture. But it turns out that Gabo is simply doing a favour for Helen. Gabo joins Billy in laughing with her mistake.
