In order to meet an important deadline, Gabo (Enrique Gil) obliges his team to report for a weekend duty in his rest house. The team starts to conceptualize marketing strategies in presenting classic Pinoy breads with a twist. Everyone works hand in hand in creating new recipes inspired by a memory closest to their hearts, as Billy says. Billy cooks Ube-Cheese Monay while Gabo bakes pieces of plain Pianono. The moment turns a bit uncomfortable as the team realizes that Gabo failed to tweak the original Pianono recipe. To break the awkwardness, Billy initiates the product tasting. Everyone turns speechless as they take a bite of the delicious Pianono cakes. But still, the first batch of breads won’t be enough to satisfy the accreditation team.
They continue to work in the kitchen. Billy shows expertise by using her hands to measure the baking ingredients, unlike Gabo who relies on kitchen tools. Billy experiments in mixing real banana fruit with Gabo’s Pianono recipe and the result is a heavenly fusion.
That night after work, Gabo joins Billy in the pool and finally reveals the reason why Pianono is his favorite bread. It was his mother’s most special recipe. He then starts to relieve his fondest memories with her especially their Sunday baking sessions. His face shows hints of longing and regrets when asked if one of them has ever been absent on their Sunday dates.
