At Nueva Valencia, Gabo (Enrique Gil) tries to make reparations by offering Billy (Liza Soberano) a tie-up with Tinapay Corner. He plans to get the Dimagiba family as a mango essence supplier. Still hurting and mad, Billy shuts Gabo out and rejects the proposal.
Just as when Gabo is about to leave, a heavy thunderstorm starts pouring. The Dimagiba family stays home and takes their dinner. Electricity shuts down and a series of knocks is heard outside. Cassandra (Riva Quenery) opens the door and family members find Gabo standing outside, drenched in rainwater.
The Dimagibas stare by the windows while weighing the options for their surprise guest. Monsy (Hero Bautista) makes jokes about holding Gabo in hostage in exchange of ransom. Tony (Herbert Bautista) suggests waiting for Gabo’s service to arrive and just let him go afterwards. Everyone agrees with Tony except Lolo Aga (Eddie Guttierrez). The Dimagiba patriarch says their clan has always been known for their innate kindness; and that they must all show compassion no matter how bad they’ve been treated.
Meanwhile, Gabo talks to Rio (Katarina Rodriguez) over the phone and tells her not to worry. Billy opens the door to hand Gabo a blanket and a pillow. Gabo volunteers to just spend the night inside his car. Following her Lolo Aga’s reminders, Billy tells Gabo to stay inside their house where he is safer.
Gabo is about to doze off to sleep at the living room when Monsy suddenly opens the door and playfully threatens their visitor. Monsy’s true cowardice shows up as Cassandra calls him over. Cassandra then tries to seduce Gabo but Gabo looks completely uninterested.
