The next morning after tagging along with Sputnik (Khalil Ramos) at his boss’ birthday party, Billy (Liza Soberano) wakes up feeling a little downhearted. She starts the day by sharing a video call with Helen (Katya Santos). The latter displays her usual perky self, telling stories about the recent happenings in her life in Croatia. Helen says her relationship with ex-husband, Josef is getting better; while Yuta (Fumiya Sankai) went home to Japan for reasons he failed to explain.
Helen notes that Billy seems more quiet than usual. Knowing that something is troubling Billy’s mind, Helen urges her to spill the details about last night’s event. But Billy conceals the truth and acts as if nothing painful happened. She claims that seeing Gabo (Enrique Gil)’s face stirred her determination to leave all the past behind. Helen vows support for Billy, unaware that her friend got her heart a little broken last night when she found out that Gabo has a girlfriend.
As soon as Billy drops the call, Cassandra (Riva Quenery) who was eavesdropping all throughout the conversation, enters Billy’s room and teases her cousin. Cassandra feels happy for Billy now that she’s finally moved on from Gabo. They hear Tony (Herbert Bautista) knocking on the door, telling them that Sputnik is waiting outside. Cassandra behaves eagerly, urging Billy to dress up for her visitor.
At the dining area, the Dimagibas feast on Sputnik’s treats, a mini celebration of his recent job promotion. Billy receives a call from Gabo telling her to come over his office.
