Billy (Liza Soberano) goes to the Tinapay Corner office to confront its owner, clueless about Mr. Villarica’s identity. While waiting at the lobby, Billy finds a glossy magazine with Gabo (Enrique Gil) on the cover. She flips through the pages and reads an article about Gabo, or Gabriel Villarica.
After seeking legal advice from Stephen (Khalil Ramos), Billy gathers her family members to discuss their next step. She aims for a trial by publicity by disclosing Tinapay Corner’s crime of stealing her bread pudding recipe and bribing Cassandra. Her family supports her decision.
Cassandra (Riva Quenery) appears on a television show and speaks up against Tinapay Corner. She then exposes the real identity of Nueva Valencia’s Prinsesa Panadera, Billy.
The revelation cancels a supposed business deal between Gabo and a big-time investor.
Later that night, Billy becomes more furious upon learning that Cassandra’s interview didn’t tickle the public’s interest. Billy bursts in anger while calling Gabo a swindler, a thief, a criminal. The Dimagiba family watches her in confusion. Tony (Herbert Bautista) asks Billy for a short talk.
Puzzled with the real cause of Billy’s unexplainable rage, Tony demands the truth from his daughter. Billy calmly admits that Gabo became her friend in Croatia and that she was the one who taught him the pan de tsalap recipe. Tony advises Billy to consider her past friendship with Gabo and settle the conflict with him through a peaceful talk. Billy nods in agreement. But later, while she’s alone in her room, Billy stares at Gabo’s magazine cover and cries out the pain she refuses to admit.
