SB19, an all-Pinoy, K-pop inspired boy group whose members trained in South Korea, was Vice Ganda’s special guests on Gandang Gabi Vice’s October 20 episode. They gave an energetic dance number on GGV stage, which received nothing but applause from the studio audience.
SB19 members Ken, Stell, Sejun, Josh and Justin were flabbergasted to be on the show. Ken claimed that he is the sexiest in the group and he intends to maintain this image in the coming years. Segun stressed that he is the eldest and said that he has also trained the longest. He narrated that a lot of people auditioned in order to be part of SB19. Segun also elaborated that management came up with the name SB19, because S stands for the word ‘sound’, while B is for ‘break’. Then 19 represents the collaboration between the Philippines and Korea. Everyone agreed that Segun is the leader and he is a person that they can all look up to.
Vice didn’t let them off the hook as he required the boys to take on the Speed Dance Challenge. The dynamics of the game was for them to speed up when Vice would say ‘Go up’, then dance slow when he would shout ‘go down’. When they started showing off their dance moves, they looked like they didn’t have a hard time at all and delivered an impeccable performance.
Before they said their goodbyes, the boys had a feel good song for the Unkabogable Star, which is an original composition.
