In an episode of Magandang Buhay at that time, the gorgeous and multi-talented artist Arci Muñoz spoke about how her mother Yolanda Tabjan-Datuin kept her and her siblings strong after the patriarch of their family passed away. The Kapamilya actress shared how her mom’s unceasing faith comforted them and kept them going in life amid that tough situation their family went through.

Now, we all know that Arci is going through another challenging situation in life. She and her long-time boyfriend Anthony Ng decided to end their relationship. In her interview on Tonight with Boy Abunda weeks ago, she couldn’t help but break down in tears while confirming the matter.

Although she still stood firm about keeping her personal life private, she further discussed about how she is coping up with the pain that her recent break up has brought her.

In her Magandang Buhay guesting with Ria Atayde and Roxanne Barcelo, Arci said that her Japan trip with her mom greatly helped her in going through the process of moving on. She also shared the heart-warming story behind her Instagram post when they stopped for a moment inside a “temple of love” and they wrote their wishes on wooden sticks. While Arci simple wrote “World Peace”, she was surprised to read what her mother wrote. It says “I wish Mona will [be] blessed with a loving and caring partner in life.”

Apart from their recent travel, Arci already brought her mom to Japan last December 2018 and in Hong Kong last September 2018.

Clearly, there is no other person in the world who can match the loving comfort that our mother can give us during the lowest points of our lives.
