This Valentine's Day, Jane Oineza and Kit Thompson show us how it feels to fall in love online via a special episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya titled “Angel of Mine.”

Jane struggled to hide her ‘kilig’ talking about John and Angel’s story during an interview with Kapamilya Chat. She had no idea the episode would be slated for MMK’s love month special since it was taped last year.

“Hinihintay ko din kailan kaya ipapalabas kasi akala ko last year pa siya. So hinihintay ko at na-surprise din ako na pang-Valentines pala siya. It’s worth the wait,” she said of the episode that tackles all forms of love. Jane added that viewers will find inspiration and ‘kilig’ from John and Angel’s tale.

“The story is about love – ano ‘yung kaya nating ibigay for love, love sa partner, sa sarili, love physically, Excited akong mapanood nila ‘tong episode na ‘to. Mag-ready sila ng tissue,” she further shared.

Jane was comfortable working with Kit, her batchmate in Star Magic 2013. There was no awkwardness although they haven’t seen each other for long. “It was fun working with him. Nakaka-excite din itong episode na ‘to kasi nakita ko din ‘yung effort ni Kit para sa episode. Nakatulong din na magkakilala na kami.”
