Vivoree Esclito JC Alcantara Not My Hands Challenge

The Maalaala Mo Kaya episode “Plazo Brothers Story” is bound to get you reaching for the tissues. So, before bawling your eyes out this Saturday (March 07) after The Voice Teens, take this happy pill courtesy of Vivoree Esclito and JC Alcantara. For Kapamilya Chat, the two took on the Not My Hands Challenge where he tried to do a makeup tutorial using her hands. How will the final look turn out?

JC’s makeup routine starts with the lips, “Tuturuan ko kayo kung paano ‘to gamitin. Sobrang sarap nito.” It should be safe to consume since they go on your lips, which is on your mouth. Once you have opened the lipstick, stare at it for a few seconds. Then, slowly place it on your lips, “Lalagay mo siya nang dahan-dahan sa lips.” Check if you got both your upper and lower lips. Kiss the applicator on the wand when you are done. “Tapos na tayo gumamit ng lipstick. Sana nag-enjoy kayo,” he added.

Moving on to the cheeks, grab a big brush and your blush palette. Try to pick a shade that matches your lips. Take your time in choosing. When you are ready, dip your brush on the pan,“Kailangan paikutin muna [‘yung brush] natin para kumapit.” When your brush is fully coated, swipe away on the apple of your cheekbones, “Dahan-dahan natin ilalagay sa mukha.” Feel free to use a different color for the other cheek.

To add more color to your face, the third step is the eyeshadow. JC recommends the Crystal palette from Divisoria because it is affordable and offers a wide range of colors. You can definitely use your hands when you do not have a small eyeshadow brush. For this look, the Kapamilya actor’s hands chose a dark green shade. Keep in mind, this is supposed to go on your eye lid not on the eyeball. “Parang nasapak ka lang sa school,” he joked.

The last and most important step is the nose contour. You can go darker or lighter, it does not matter. You can choose whatever you want. “Kung anong gusto n’yong shades, comment down below na lang po,” JC requested. Your nose contour should start on the nostrils. Then you will be ready to try the Liza Soberano Nose Challenge!

Pwede na pang-vlog talaga,” Vivoree judged the final look. What do you think of JC’s makeup style? Would you try this look at home?
