Nineteen-year-old Jane Oineza's first venture into the show business was through commercials. After appearing in various endorsements, she started getting television assignments and her debut was through the soap opera "Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan." She appeared in other teleseryes such as "Kung Fu Kids,” “Ligaw na Bulaklak,” “Maria La Del Barrio,” “Aryana,” “Juan dela Cruz,” and “Muling Buksan ang Puso.” This weekend, Oineza's out to prove her acting skills in yet another Maalaala Mo Kaya episode. It'll definitely be another outstanding addition to her long list of MMK appearances. But before tomorrow's tearjerking show, let's take a look at her previous portrayals that will surely melt our hearts.
1) MMK: Manika (2012)
The "Manika" episode was Oineza's most outstanding portrayal in the drama anthology. She played the role of Nene, a young girl who was raped by her stepfather in front of her own mother. For her notable performance, the prestigious New York Festivals gave her a Finalist Certificate for Best Performance by an Actress while the Golden Screen Awards gave her a nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Single Drama, both in 2013.
