With her glowing beauty and unmistakable charm, it’s impossible not to notice the gorgeous and talented actress Ritz Azul in just one glance. The same when it comes to her performances as an actress for she could truly compel us with every character she gives life to.
Like other celebrities we currently support and idolize, she skyrocketed to fame as an alumna of a reality talent search in another network. It was only in 2016 when she transferred in ABS-CBN.
Her first appearance as an official Kapamilya was in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. She had a special participation as Erica Nobleza, the female leader of a group of solvent addicts who later on was saved by Cardo (Coco Martin) after getting almost raped by the man who sexually abused and killed her sister Cristina (Inah Estrada) – Police Senior Inspector Raul Toribio (Jess Lapid, Jr.).
On that same year, she got paired with Paulo Avelino for the first time in the “Santi Cruz is Coming to Town” book of Wansapanataym, where she played Nicole Dizon, the sunny and dutiful underling of the nonchalant boss characterized by the actor.
In 2017, she made an entrance in the Sunday comedy program Banana Sundae, where she was able to showcase her comical flair. From simply being a guest, she later on became a regular.
She was reunited with Paulo Avelino in her first-ever headliner stint in a teleserye through The Promise of Forever. She portrayed Sophia Madrid-Espinosa, a young woman who fell in love with an undying man who assumed different identities.
Apart from these, the 24-year-old actress also had remarkable appearances in a few episodes of Maalaala Mo Kaya and Ipaglaban Mo.
Now, Ritz is back on the Kapamilya Gold block as she’s going to star in the upcoming drama Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Los Bastardos, which premieres on Monday after Kadenang Ginto on Kapamilya Gold, as the love interest of Diego Loyzaga’s character Joaquin.
