Anne Hathaway does half an hour of cardio exercise every day in order to stay healthy and happy, and also enjoys going for walks with her husband Adam Shulman.
The 'Les Misérables' actress believes working out helps her both physically and mentally so she practices a different cardio routine every day in order to maintain her fitness levels.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I like to keep active - I try to respect the rule that says you should break a sweat every day, so I try to find time to do half an hour of some sort of cardio exercise because it really helps to keep me mentally balanced as well as physically fit. The form of exercise changes."
Anne also enjoys going on hikes since it's something she can share with her actor husband Adam Shulman, who she married in September 2012 in California.
The Oscar-winning actress added: "I like to go horseback riding, I practice yoga and I love to go hiking with Adam, which is a nice exercise we can do together."
Anne recently parted ways with her stylist of 10 years, Rachel Zoe, in order to work with Penny Lovell.
The actress has been spotted working some edgier, menswear inspired looks on the red carpet in recent weeks and her bold new look has been a hit with critics.
