Teen Queen Kathryn Bernardo has a lot on her plate, with her leading role in the upcoming “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” remake, along with several product endorsements. We all know her dedication to staying fit, as seen through some of her Instagram posts, and people may be curious about her preferred workout routine.
Her favorite workout? It’s TRX Suspension Training, which is offered by the fitness solutions and equipment brand TRX. “Kasi more on sa abs siya [ang TRX],” Kathryn said in an interview after the Kapamilya Chat on ABS-CBN.com on Thursday, May 21. This explains why she has nice abs and a strong core.
In addition, she likes doing multiple workout routines with TRX. “Enjoy mo siya kasi madami ka magagawa with the material [TRX straps],” she added. TRX Suspension Training uses a level bar and resistance cord or strap that allow the user to work against his or her body weight. As a form of strength training, TRX focuses not just on strengthening the core, but it also helps in improving joint and muscular stability.
