In the past seven months, our weeknight viewing habit has gone thrilling and fiery because of La Vida Lena, which episodes have never failed to excite us and put us on the edge of our seats as we follow the journey of its titular character Magda, who eventually became Lena, astoundingly portrayed by Erich Gonzales.

And last Friday, January 7, the trailer for its finale, tagged “The Final Rampa”, was released, promising avid viewers that it’s going to be more explosive, both literally and figuratively. The one minute and 45-second video teased what will transpire in “the final round ng laban” between Lena and her greatest nemesis Vanessa (Agot Isidro), which include their continuous clash and unending one-upmanship to gain the favor of Lukas (Raymond Bagatsing), especially after he introduced her to the public as his biological daughter.

We’re also going to expect the tragic death of Lukas through an explosion, to which Ramona (Janice de Belen) will be accused of being the mastermind since they had an altercation prior to it. His demise will further incite the rivalry between Lena and Vanessa because Royal Wellness is going to be solely inherited by the former. Vanessa will attempt to exact revenge against Lena to no avail since she’s going to get the taste of her own medicine.

At the same time, the romantic life of our bida-kontrabida will also be more complicated as she’s seemingly going to get married to Miguel (Kit Thompson), to whom she used to have a lovechild. Her best friend Jordan (Carlo Aquino) will relentlessly show his unconditional love for her by protecting her against anyone who would try to harm her. Adrian (JC de Vera), on the other hand, will not stop until he gets Lena in his hands as he keeps on pushing himself to her despite being repeatedly turned down.
