She might be the domineering spinster Aunt Summer Sison of Tristan (Daniel Padilla) and he, the wanted criminal Victor Meneses who turned into a vampire in the well-loved action fantasy series La Luna Sangre. However, in real life, Desiree del Valle and Boom Labrusca have found forever in each other.
They commenced 2018 through their private, outdoor wedding ceremony in South Lake Tahoe, California last January 14, attended by their families and close friends.
The bride looked gorgeous in her sheer, long-sleeved dress crafted by Filipino designer Ariel Reyes topped with a thin silver circlet that kept her hair intact. Meanwhile, the groom was so dashing in a typical black suit.
Although her deceased father wasn’t there, Desiree clutched a framed photo of her dad in her hands as her mother and brother walked her down the aisle. Her “Papi” (as what she calls her husband in her posts), on the other hand, was accompanied by his mom and sister.
Their romance bloomed more than five years ago, while in the set of the afternoon drama Flordeliza. They got engaged in July 2015.
Boom proposed to her once more in December 2016 during their holiday vacation, but that time in front of their respective mothers who were both based in the United States.
Not much is written about their love story, but the photos they uploaded on Instagram attest to their everlasting love and genuine bliss.
Best wishes, Boom and Desiree!
