, May 19, Sunshine Cruz shares a salad recipe that she invented herself.
The ingredients to ‘Sunshine’s Salad with Honey Roasted Dressing’ include mixed vegetables, preferably lettuce, arugula, cherry or ordinary tomatoes, black seedless grapes, feta cheese, caramelized walnuts and Honey Roasted Dressing that is available in Japanese grocery stores.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables and the walnuts together then add the feta cheese. Finally, pour the honey roasted dressing.
According to Sunshine, her salad recipe is a favorite of her three daughters. Further, it also allows her kids to eat vegetables.
Indeed, it is a must try for mothers who want to feed their kids easy, healthy, and yummy meals.
