The primetime mini-series adaptad from the movie of the same title was the first installment of Sineserye Presents: The Susan Roces Cinema Collection as it was originally topbilled by the actress. Kris played the role of the half-sister who was on the receiving end of the revengeful and frightening scheme of Ruth (Jodi Sta. Maria).
