Aside from the superhero suits and mystical creature costumes that have been the basic appearances for the Halloween, costume preferences seem to expand over the years. Many of the partygoers nowadays opted to mimic their favorite characters on television and film.
Since international series are thriving right now, majority of the attendees would go for these as their costume inspos. Thus, why not deviate by going local and steal the transformations of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla in La Luna Sangre?
The Chosen One had to take various alter-egos in order to conceal her real identity and to protect her comrades as well.
From her mystical look in plain white frock and flower crown during her failed transformation into a she-wolf or vampire, she shocked everyone with her boyish stance as Miyo, which you can copy by wearing a boy cut wig and wearing loose and rugged clothes.
At the same time she appeared as Miyo, the Teen Queen also mesmerized us by portraying the fierce and sophisticated Toni. Try this by donning an all-black attire topped with corset and paired with slacks.
And as she come back on being the fiery Malia, raceback sports bra, combat pants and boots – all in dark tones – are the must-haves to rock her current look.
Wait, don’t forget the braids!
Tristan and the rest of the Moonchasers have to portray a plethora of roles just to make sure that their operations against the blood-thirsty vampires would run flawlessly.
From the typical outfit worn by jeepney drivers – collared polo shirt, distressed jeans, and “Good Morning” towel – to the waiter attire he donned during an event – white button down, black slacks, and bowtie with red apron as cover-up, the Teen King proves that he can do everything for his exciting character.
He also made the avid audiences chant “Mr. Suave” as he appeared with moustache when he portrayed as a lowly farmer and swoon with his dashing look as a prom escort for a runaway debutante.
Aside from those, who would forget that episodes when he channeled the iconic Van Helsing and his Uncle Robin’s notable style – long sleeves and tie tandem paired with a jacket and skinny jeans of your choice topped with Gatsby cap.
All these ensembles are paired with comfy sneakers and the signature red streak on his hair. Very Daniel!
