They may be stuck at home because of COVID-19, but that did not stop The Gold Squad from getting together and reconnecting! The best part is that you get to be part of their virtual reunion in this “zoomustahan”.
Now, you might be wonder, what has Andrea Brillantes, Seth Fedelin, Kyle Echarri, and Francine Diaz been doing this past 40 days under the enhanced community quarantine? Well, they have been busy.
Francine has been working out. “Pero hindi lang halata,” she added. Aside from this, she has been learning to play the piano and making a habit of showering more often. Andrea has been equally preoccupied with learning Spanish, Japanese and the drums. Kyle spent most of his time writing songs. “Ang dami kong sinulat na kanta,” he boasted. As for Seth, he preferred to keep his activities a secret. “Wala kasi,” Andrea teased him. “Hindi ko na maalala kasi ang dami kong bagong ginawa,” he defended himself.
On a serious note, the pandemic and sudden changes in our day to day life has helped The Gold Squad realize some lessons on life.
Seth and Francine talked about how important it is to take care of ourselves and our environment, including the people around us. “Kapag nagkasakit ka mahirap na,” she pointed out. The former Pinoy Big Brother housemate continued to explain that we should reconsider our lifestyle and be more disciplined, especially when it comes to how we treat our own body.
Meanwhile, Andrea and Kyle focused on the importance of making the best out of our time. The young actress has decided to use her platform as a celebrity to give back as much as she can. Since we don’t know what will happen tomorrow or when the situation will get better, he feels that we should be productive and thankful. “Take every day like it’s your last,” he suggested.
It will be a while before life would go back to normal. But as soon as the enhanced community quarantine is lifted, the four of them already know which places to visit first. Andrea wants to see the ABS-CBN building because she misses working. Kyle is ready to go back to his home in Manila. Francine will be dropping by a church. And Seth is simply excited to see his crush.
