Amid his family’s coercion for them to report the illegal gambling den and to file a case against Glen and his henchmen for severely beating him up, Kulas (Ronnie Lazaro) declined to do so and told them to let him and Jessa (Sheree) resolve this since they’re the ones in debt.
Since he apparently made up his mind not to put this incident to the hands of the authorities, Jude (Luke Conde) just interrogated him what he knows regarding Romina’s (Beauty Gonzalez) rape case and Alvin Mangubat’s (Eric Fructuso) connection with Daniela (Dimples Romana). He was giving indirect answers at first and even berated his son for continuously involving himself to the case, until he couldn’t contain anymore his prodding and confessed his knowledge. This ensued to a spat between them, prompting Jude to tell how much he despises him already and to walk out.
Upon finding out from his Kuya Carlos (Adrian Alandy) that Hector (Joko Diaz) was the mastermind behind the mangling of their father, Jude immediately left for the police station to file a complaint against him and make him pay for what he did. At the police station, Hector and Alvin were able to slide out of the grave threats and serious physical injuries cases filed against them and warned Jude against trying to implicate them since he would never ever win. After that brief and subtle encounter, Hector hinted to his brother the new wicked plan he’s plotting versus the Bartolomes and phoned one of his goons.
Meanwhile at the mansion, Carlos approached Romina when he spotted her alone in the kitchen to ask about Cassie’s (Francine Diaz) condition and to tell her how much he really wanted to help. But their conversation was interrupted when Daniela arrived and asked them what’s happening. As Romina urged Carlos to tell Daniela the reason why he went to the police station the night before, Carlos disproved it that triggered Romina to slap and rebuke him for being such a coward. This also caused a heated exchange between the two women, with Romina asking Daniela why she involved Cassie in their strife. When she was gone, Carlos told his wife how he agrees that she’s indeed to blame for the turmoil they’re currently in.
After that confrontation, a surprise guest dropped by the mansion to see Daniela – Hector. The former berated the latter for including her daughter in the list of his next “victims” after Carlos disclosed to the authorities everything he knows. That spontaneous meet-up ended in a bad note, with Daniela over his recent actions while Hector upon learning that she and Carlos aren’t ending their marriage yet and they’re living under one roof again.
On that same day at the hospital, Cassie’s best friends showed to her Tupe’s (Kyle Echarri) touching performance during the benefit gig staged by their Boss Wacky (Mel Martinez) at the diner and imparted how it’s going viral and amassing tons of comments from a lot of people. At the same time, her boyfriend also relayed to her how Marga (Andrea Brillantes) contributed as well in spite of their war. She requested for her to come over so that she could thank her personally.
However, what could have been a heartwarming moment turned into a scorching scene as Marga sarcastically talked to Cassie and went on to tell her how her mom Romina almost ruined their family. She and her fake suitor Mikoy (Seth Fedelin) just left.
That evening, Glen and his henchmen once again attacked, but this time, in the Bartolome’s auto repair shop to ask for the money loaned by Kulas. Since he was nowhere in sight and Myrna (Aleck Bovick) and Gino (Nikko Natividad) refused to pay in his behalf, the goon went amuck and began to ram anything he would see with a huge metal pipe, including the car of one of their customers. As they attempted to stop him, Myrna was accidentally hit, leaving her bloodied on the forehead and unconscious.
