After Kulas (Ronnie Lazaro) announced to his family that he and his lover Jessa (Sheree) are going to tie the knot, this gave her the leeway to live under one roof with the Bartolomes.
However, little did everyone know that Jessa and Myrna (Aleck Bovick), Kulas' ex-partner and the mother of his three sons, apparently have a secret they've been trying to keep all this time as they talked in hushed voices. Jessa told Myrna that she's very much willing to "sell" herself to Kulas, if this would be the only way for her to get closer to her, with the hopes of rekindling whatever relationship they had before. Her appalling statements irked Myrna and told her that she's not interested anymore with whatever she's saying and what she and Kulas are doing whenever they're alone together in their room.
The heated exchange between them was halted with the sudden arrival of Mikoy (Seth Fedelin) on the scene. On the next day, Myrna quizzed Mikoy if he happened to hear her conversation with Jessa, which he denied. Albeit, he felt that she's upset and said that he fully understands her since he knew how painful it is to see the person you used to love happy in another's arms.
Not long after, Jessa and Gino (Nikko Natividad) joined them for breakfast. But before they could feast on the meal prepared by Myrna, an altercation ensued among them as Jessa complained with the dissatisfying viand Myrna cooked and asked Mikoy to buy her something to eat in a nearby eatery. This irritated Gino and berated Jessa for beseeching the poor lad who's still recuperating. Hearing their quarrel, Kulas went out of his room to ask what's going on and immediately handed Mikoy some money to buy Jessa food. This ensued to a heated exchange between Kulas and Gino.
As Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) is now almost on the resolution of her rape case with the help of Perlita, the nurse who saw the person who sent her to the hospital on the day after she got raped, her daughter Vicky told her all of a sudden that they no longer want to get involved with the investigations as her mom is already old.
Although she understands Perlita and Vicky’s situation, Romina couldn't help but feel upset and dispirited. As she huddled with her camp -- her younger brother Neil (Andrea Lindayag), her friend-slash-assistant Bonita (Kat Galang), and her lawyer friend Bernard (Arnold Reyes) -- they came up with various guesses on the real reason why Vicky suddenly begged off to help them in the investigations. They give out suggestions on how they could possibly acquire more pertinent information regarding the real culprit behind her rape.
Unbeknownst to them, their hypothesis that Daniela might have bribed Vicky to shut up and run away is actually right. Hours before Vicky arranged a meeting with Romina on that same day, she met up with Hector (Joko Diaz) and Daniela to claim the sums of money they promised in exchange of her silence.
Meanwhile, serving as the fake beau of the bratty Marga (Andrea Brillantes), Mikoy (Seth Fedelin) urged her to be more respectful to her parents, particularly to her dad Carlos (Adrian Alandy) as they headed on to their shindig with Marga's friends.
On that event, the feud between Marga and Cassie (Francine Diaz) exploded anew as the former confronted the latter upon finding out that Cassie was interrogating Mikoy about his true home address and warned her to stop bothering him.
At the Mondragon residence, Carlos saw Romina walked in the house very weak and about to faint. He assisted Romina going to the couch and carefully laid her down. As he laid his eyes on her beautiful face, a lot of their fun memories together began flashing into his mind. His reverie was halted when Daniela arrived at the scene out of the blue and accosted her husband about what she just saw.
