Three months after the finale of Kadenang Ginto, lead stars Dimples Romana and Beauty Gonzalez are back to reprise their phenomenal roles Daniela Mondragon-Bartolome and Romina Mondragon not for a sequel of the controversial afternoon soap opera, but in the online show KG Online!
One of the many offerings found in ABS-CBN’s newest digital hub Online Kapamilya Shows (OKS), KG Online features the two actresses giving tips, ideas, and information to the viewers about things that they should or could do during the quarantine, while they are both in their respective characters. And since we’re currently on quarantine and physical distancing is strictly implemented, they had to do it at the comforts of their own homes. There might be a crisis, but there’s definitely no stopping them from hurling scorching remarks at one another, especially Dani Girl who’s not completely in favor of her stepmom’s plea of a ceasefire.
For the pilot episode, the two immediately wowed us with their fabulous looks, with Daniela cladded in a cleavage-baring flamboyant red gown and Romina in a simple yet sexy gold frock. They switched to their sporty outfits afterwards as they proceeded on to the first part of that episode called “Kalusugang Ginto”, wherein they taught viewers various simple workout routines with the use of objects that can be found at home.
On the second part – Karunungang Ginto – the two imparted a few tips on how to stay healthy during this pandemic and the scientific explanations behind those, such as the benefits of soaking up the sun for at least twenty minutes every day and having proper sleep that’s highly advised to begin at 10pm.
Before bidding farewell, Romina and Daniela disclosed in the “KG-GO” segment that Kadenang Ginto sent vitamins, groceries, and complete sets of PPEs to our beloved Kapamilyas in Kamuning Super Health Center Extension.
Capping off the first episode was a very short teaser of what we could expect on the next episode.
