Upon catching her husband and stepmom-slash-nemesis laying close with each other on the couch, Daniela (Dimples Romana) accosted Carlos (Adrian Alandy). As the quarrel between the couple sparked, Neil (Adrian Lindayag) and Esther (Susan Africa) rushed into the room and asked them what happened. Carlos explained that he was simply helping Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) who almost fainted.
That ensued to a misunderstanding between the couple, which prolonged up to the next day when Daniela spotted Carlos having a conversation with Romina. Being the jealous and insecure that she is, Daniela confronted them again and began calling her names.
Of course, Romina did not let herself be easily defeated by her wicked stepdaughter as she uttered a harsh clap back against her. She told her that she never needed her husband and that she might be the "damsel in distress", but Daniela would be the dragon or the monster who never wins in the end.
After the heated exchange between the two women, Daniela interrogated Carlos on when did he start to suddenly get concerned with his former flame again, to which he retorted since the moment he found out that she's the mastermind of Romina's rape and he realized that her concept of good and bad began to change.
As her wrath towards Romina continues to escalate, Daniela plotted another evil plan against her that will surely cause her to lose in their legal dispute -- by making her appear psychologically ill.
On the other hand, Romina is still hopeful to win her case as she sought the help of Jude (Luke Conde), the police officer brother of Carlos, in the investigations. He might be in a difficult situation since this makes him torn between protecting the welfare of his family and fulfilling his duty as a public servant, but he still chose to do the latter since he pledged to serve the country first before his family.
That evening, Daniela seemed to immediately execute her wicked scheme, when Romina was at home and busy with her paper works. The lights around the house suddenly went off and she heard rustlings from their yard as if somebody's stealthily running there. Afterwards, she started to smell the distinct perfume Robert (Albert Martinez) used to wear while he was still alive.
At the same time, just like her mom, Marga (Andrea Brillantes) was cooking another mischievous plan to destroy the blooming relationship of Cassie (Francine Diaz) and Kristoff (Kyle Echarri) without making it obvious -- by choosing him to be her leading man in the beauty care center endorsement offered to her. However, she's apparently going to have a hard time since the two young sweethearts are bound by their strong love and infallible loyalty for each other.
