It’s Showtime brings its biggest anniversary celebration to date called “Sampu Sample,” a year-long festival of surprises that marks the program’s ten years of making Filipinos happy and invites all madlang people to not just have fun but also help in taking care of the environment and making a difference.
The Gonzales family, one of It’s Showtime’s first live audiences, visited the studio last Tuesday,October 1.
The family has started watching It’s Showtime’s live since 2009 after supporting the show through the The Filipino Channel (TFC) abroad.
Since arriving in the Philippines, Raquel Gonzales was able to watch the noontime show for five times. Jude Gonzales was only 10 years old when he first stepped on It’s Showtime stage. Zon Gonzales was able to participate in a past segment wherein she won money, which she used to pay for her child’s tuition fee.
Some of their favorite segments are “That’s My Tomboy” and “Miss Q & A.”
The Solid Showtimers shared that they used to watch the noontime show with their mother who passed away in 2010.
An award was given to the family to recognize their unwavering support to It’s Showtime. They also received limited edition It’s Showtime memorabilia watches.
